These Terms of Service apply to your use of https://www.hobbycratesupply.com and to purchases made from Hobby Crate Supply. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Store and products
Hobby Crate Supply sells trading cards, blind boxes, figures, toys, collectibles, sealed boxes, and wholesale case lots. Product names, images, packaging, availability, and prices may change without notice. We try to present product information accurately, but minor differences in packaging, language version, print run, color, or box condition may occur, especially for collectible and imported goods.

Orders
When you place an order, you agree that the order information, shipping address, contact information, and payment details you provide are accurate and complete. We may refuse, cancel, limit, or hold an order if we suspect fraud, payment risk, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, address problems, or unauthorized resale activity.

Wholesale and case lots
Wholesale orders, sealed case lots, special sourcing orders, and pre-orders may be subject to limited availability, separate lead times, and final-sale conditions. Large orders may require confirmation before fulfillment.

Payment
Payment must be completed before an order is processed. We currently accept PayPal and any other payment methods shown at checkout. You are responsible for any fees, currency conversion charges, bank charges, duties, taxes, or customs charges that apply to your order unless we state otherwise.

Shipping and customs
Orders are generally shipped from our China warehouse. Shipping times shown on our website are estimates and do not guarantee delivery dates. Customs inspections, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and local delivery conditions may affect delivery.

For Canada and the United States, orders are shipped under DAP terms unless otherwise stated. Import duties and taxes, if charged by customs, are paid by the buyer. For Europe, orders are shipped under DDP terms when stated, meaning duties and taxes are included. Australia and New Zealand orders are generally DAP unless otherwise stated.

Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Opened, unsealed, used, or tampered-with collectibles, blind boxes, card products, wholesale orders, case lots, and special orders are generally not returnable unless they are damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrectly shipped.

Account and site use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout, scrape data, upload harmful code, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Intellectual property
All website content, including text, layout, product descriptions, images, graphics, and branding, is owned by Hobby Crate Supply or used with permission from suppliers or licensors. Product trademarks belong to their respective owners. Mention of a brand does not mean we are affiliated with or endorsed by that brand unless stated.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hobby Crate Supply is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, delayed delivery, customs delays, carrier issues, or loss of collectible value. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on our website applies when you use the website or place an order.
